Job summary

Mattel, Inc. is seeking a Part‑Time Retail Merchandiser to enhance our presence at major retailers. You’ll work up to 30 hours per week with additional hours during holidays, building relationships with store teams and driving prime product placements.

You’ll unpack and merchandise Mattel toys, manage displays, and support store events. The role emphasizes customer interaction, reliability, and a proactive, safety‑mist mindset.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED, some college preferred.
• Available to work daytime hours during the week; occasional weekends.
• Access to reliable transportation to travel between assigned store locations.
• Reside within approximately 20 miles of Moreno Valley, CA 92553 to reliably service the territory.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with store teams.
• Serve as brand ambassador for Mattel/FP Brands and products.
• Secure prime product placements at Mattel’s brands on the sales floor.
• Unpack cases of Mattel toys and merchandise shelves.
• Organize product on the sales floor and maintain attractive displays.
• Set up and deconstruct store fixtures including shelving and racking.
• Implement point-of-purchase materials and assist with store events.
• Complete reports and store surveys as required.
