Job summary

Mattel is seeking a Part-Time Retail Merchandiser to grow its presence at major retailers. You’ll work up to 30 hours per week with extra hours during the holiday season, engaging customers and store management, building relationships, and driving results.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED, some college preferred.
• Available to work daytime hours during the week; occasional weekends.
• Access to reliable internet access and transportation to multiple stores.
• Reside within approximately 20 miles of Catharpin, VA 20143.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with store teams and brand ambassadors.
• Unpack cases, merchandise, and organize products on the sales floor.
• Construct and deconstruct store fixtures and implement POS materials.
• Train and lead team associates; complete store surveys and reports.
• Provide real-time business insights and manage expenses as needed.
