Job summary

Mattel is seeking a Part-Time Retail Merchandiser to grow our presence at major retailers. You’ll unpack cases, stock shelves, and secure prime placements for Mattel brands on the sales floor while engaging store teams.

This role offers up to 30 hours per week with extra hours during the holiday season; daytime hours, mileage reimbursement, paid training, and growth opportunities. Must live within ~20 miles of North Reading/Wilmington MA and have reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED, some college preferred.
• Available to work daytime hours during the week; occasional weekends.
• Access to reliable internet access.
• Must have reliable transportation to travel to between assigned store locations.
• Reside within approximately 20 miles of North Reading, MA 01864, Wilmington, MA 01887.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with store teams.
• Brand ambassador of Mattel/FP Brands and products.
• Secure prime product placements for Mattel’s brands.
• Unpack cases of various Mattel toys.
• Merchandise and organize products on the sales floor.
• Construct & deconstruct store fixtures including shelving and racking.
• Implement Point of Purchase materials.
• Execute special projects including Store Events.
• Complete reports and store surveys as necessary.
• Train & lead team associates; provide real-time business insights.
• Handle administrative tasks including expenses and meetings.
