Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with store teams to ensure optimal product placement.
• Serve as a brand ambassador for Mattel products and secure prime in-store placements.
• Unpack cases and merchandise products on the sales floor; maintain organized fixtures.
• Execute store events and POP material placement; provide real-time business insights.
• Train and lead team associates; complete store surveys and reports as required.
