Job summary

Avocado Green Brands in Boulder, CO is seeking a full-time Retail Brand Experience Associate to join our team on-site. This non-exempt, hourly role includes a pay range of $19.00 to $22.38 per hour and a potential monthly bonus.

You will drive sales through in-person and digital channels, maintain product knowledge, and deliver a customer-first experience. You’ll record feedback for product teams and collaborate with CX, production, and logistics to keep returns low.

Qualifications

• Customer service or retail experience preferred.
• Comfortable with in-person and digital sales through chats and calls.
• Experience using CRM platforms is a plus.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays.
• Strong communication and customer-centric approach.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and procedures.
• Provide a customer-centered approach to sales goals.
• Record and relay customer feedback to internal teams.
• Collaborate with CX, production and logistics to reduce returns.
• Assist guests with resolving customer experience issues.
