Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador in Raleigh to bring our brand to life daily. You will greet guests, educate them on AE and Aerie products, and help them find what they need to ensure an exceptional shopping experience.

You will move between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed, staying energetic in a fast-paced setting while upholding store policies with integrity. Availability evenings, weekends, and holidays is expected.

Qualifications

• You love interacting with people.
• You can handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• You are available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Retail experience is a plus.
• You must be at least 16 years old.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to help find exactly what they need.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and suggest suitable items.
• Introduce guests to the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels.
• Flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy.
• Be a team player and assist the team to get the job done.
• Uphold integrity and adhere to AEO policies and procedures.
