Speedy Cash in Baton Rouge, LA is hiring a Customer Service Representative to help community members access quick financial solutions. You will process transactions, build relationships, and provide personalized services in a fast-paced, in-store setting.

The role includes hands-on training, advancement opportunities across brands, and comprehensive benefits. A 40-hour work week and weekend availability are expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Meticulous attention to detail and data entry.
• Proficiency with phones, POS system, MS Office.
• Must be at least 18 years of age (19 in Alabama).
• Background check required.
• Physical ability to stand long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsabilités

• Connect with customers to build lasting relationships and drive repeat business.
• Review, validate, and process customer transactions with accuracy.
• Offer personalized financial services to fit customers’ needs.
• Enter and maintain customer information in a POS system.
• Manage daily call campaigns and appointments.
• Assist in account management and collections as needed.
• Perform on-site tasks, events, and store errands when required.
• Maintain store appearance and ensure security procedures.
• Uphold company policies and stay updated on changes.
• Work a full-time in-person schedule, including weekends.
