Job summary

Buckle is seeking a part-time Seamstress/Tailor in Winston-Salem to perform in-store alterations, hem jeans/pants, and ensure Guest specifications are met. You will work with Buckle's sewing equipment, maintain alteration logs, and contribute to a positive shopping experience.

The role emphasizes quality alterations, meeting deadlines, and flexibility with hours, including seasonal variations in demand.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or 1–3 months related sewing, fitting, alteration experience.
• Ability to perform quality alterations and meet Guest specifications.
• Comfortable working with a sewing machine and following alteration logs.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality alterations on merchandise at store location.
• Follow ticket instructions and markings based on Guest specifications.
• Accommodate Guests with on the spot alterations when requested by Store Leaders.
• Meet deadlines and Guest expectations for merchandise alterations.
• Use Buckle provided sewing machine and supplies to perform alterations.
• Record all work and follow through on the alteration log.
