Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. in Owensboro, KY is seeking a part-time Seamstress/Tailor to perform quality alterations on merchandise at the store. You will follow ticket instructions, accommodate guests with on-the-spot alterations, and ensure deadlines and guest expectations are met.

The role requires basic sewing experience, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including peak shopping periods.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or one to three months related sewing, fitting, and alteration experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality alterations on merchandise at store location.
• Follow ticket instructions and markings based on Guest specifications.
• Accommodate Guests with alterations on the spot when requested by Store Leaders.
• Meet deadlines and Guest expectations for merchandise alterations.
