The ideal candidate has 5–6+ years in project management or retail operations, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to drive accountability without direct authority.

Qualifications

• 5–6+ years in project management, retail operations, or related field.
• Strong ability to manage complex, multi-location initiatives.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with executive-level updates.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end in-store activations across the store network.
• Translate partner agreements into detailed implementation plans and timelines.
• Coordinate launches, displays, fixtures, and collateral across locations.
• Develop scalable implementation playbooks for broader rollouts.
• Ensure activations are ready for launch with training and processes in place.
• Lead post-launch validation and remediation when needed.
