Job summary

David's Bridal is seeking a Partnership Operations Specialist to support the setup, launch, and QA of Enterprise Partnership programs. You will ensure products and partner experiences are configured correctly before going live and coordinate with IT and internal teams to resolve issues.

The role emphasizes organization, cross-functional collaboration, and data-driven execution across Shopify, Mirakl and other platforms, with a comprehensive benefits package and a focus on scalable partner

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in operations, eCommerce, marketplace support, project coordination or related fields.
• Strong attention to detail with ability to spot inconsistencies.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Proven ability to follow issues through to completion across stakeholders.
• Comfortable learning and working within multiple technology platforms.
• Experience with Shopify, Mirakl and marketplace/eCommerce tooling preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support partner onboarding and product setup across marketplaces.
• Validate partner and product information before launch.
• Ensure configured products and partner experiences are live correctly.
• Maintain setup checklists and track requirements to completion.
• Conduct pre- and post-launch QA of partner products on David's Bridal sites.
• Coordinate reporting and asset management for partnerships and account teams.
