David’s Bridal is seeking an In-Store Implementation Coordinator to lead end-to-end in-store partner activations across its retail footprint. This role serves as the central project management lead responsible for translating partnership concepts and commercial agreements into successful, scalable in-store experiences.

Qualifications

• 5–6+ years of experience in project management or related fields.
• Proven ability to manage multiple cross-functional projects.
• Experience supporting multi-location retail environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication and problem solving.
• Ability to build launch readiness criteria and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end in-store activations from kickoff through post-launch validation.
• Create detailed plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies and deliverables.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration across store ops, marketing, merchandising and tech.
• Develop scalable playbooks and standardized processes for activations.
• Track KPIs like on-time launches, cycle time and readiness; drive issue resolution.
