Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a Backup Administrative Coordinator to handle in-store accounting procedures and assist with cash and funds control in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

You will support the Administrative Coordinator in their absence, verify figures and postings for accuracy, and rely on your detail orientation and strong computer skills (Outlook, Excel, Word) to keep daily operations smooth.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old with a high school diploma; associate degree preferred.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Detail-oriented with strong numerical and reporting skills.
• Ability to handle cash and security for daily and weekly sales reports.
• Maintain integrity and confidentiality and excellent customer service.

• Perform in-store accounting procedures to meet financial reporting requirements.
