Job summary

Amazon Delivery Station in Baltimore, MD seeks a Delivery Station Customer Service Associate (DSL) to provide in-station real-time support and assist customers with delivery questions. You’ll coordinate with warehouse teams and delivery partners to resolve issues and ensure on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Experience in customer service and strong written/verbal communication.
• Ability to empathize with customers and manage expectations.

Responsibilities

• Communicating with customers directly in-person, in addition to communicating via phone and email.
• Empathizing with and prioritizing customer needs.
• Resolving issues and setting appropriate expectations with customers.
• Clearly understanding and responding to customer issues.
• Composing clear, concise written responses to customer issues.
• Working a full-time schedule (40+ hours per week).
• Carry, lift up to 49 pounds and stand/walk for long shifts.
