Amazon is seeking a Delivery Station Customer Service Associate, DSL, to support customers at a last-mile delivery warehouse. You will interact with customers, delivery partners, and warehouse teams to resolve issues and schedule deliveries, applying knowledge of our supply chain to ensure a positive experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in customer service essential.

• Experience with web-based tools like Outlook, Excel, Word, SharePoint.
