Pyramid Global Hospitality seeks an In-Room Dining Order Taker at Hyatt Regency Grand Reserve Puerto Rico. You will provide professional telephone and digital ordering service, capture guest requests, promote F&B offerings, coordinate timing, and communicate with culinary and service colleagues.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, entering orders into POS, confirming details, managing expectations, and handling allergies or dietary restrictions.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant, call-center, guest‑service, or hospitality experience preferred.
• Excellent telephone etiquette and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Answer guest calls promptly using established telephone standards.
• Professionally greet guests and verify required guest information.
• Maintain knowledge of In‑Room Dining menus, hours, ingredients, and modifications.
• Enter orders into the POS or ordering system.
• Confirm orders with the guest and provide delivery expectations.
• Coordinate order timing and communicate delays to culinary/service teams.
• Handle guest concerns professionally and assist with service recovery.
