Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is hiring a friendly Restaurant Server at Hyatt Regency Grand Reserve Puerto Rico. You will greet guests, take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure a memorable dining experience in a tropical resort setting.

Strong guest communication, knowledge of menus, and ability to handle busy periods are essential. Prior hospitality experience and flexible scheduling, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, are preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate professionally with guests and colleagues.
• Ability to learn menu items, wine, spirits, cocktails, and menu specifications.
• Ability to operate the designated POS system.
• Ability to work flexible schedules including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must meet all applicable requirements for serving alcoholic beverages.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and establish a welcoming dining experience.
• Explain menu items and provide recommendations.
• Take orders and input accurately into the POS system.
• Deliver and present food and beverages to guests.
• Maintain clean, stocked service stations and attend to guest needs.
