Pyramid Global Hospitality’s Hyatt Regency Grand Reserve Puerto Rico property is seeking an In-Room Dining Order Taker to deliver professional telephone and digital guest service. You will capture guest requests, promote offerings, and coordinate orders with culinary and service teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant, call-center, guest-service, or hospitality environments is preferred.
• Excellent telephone etiquette and clear communication.
• Ability to multitask and enter detailed orders accurately.
• Working knowledge of POS systems is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls promptly using established standards.
• Greet guests professionally and verify required information.
• Maintain knowledge of In‑Room Dining menus, hours, ingredients, and modifications.
• Enter orders accurately into the POS or ordering system.
• Confirm orders with guests before ending interactions and provide delivery expectations.
• Suggest beverages, appetizers, and desserts when appropriate.
• Communicate allergies and dietary restrictions to culinary staff.
• Escalate guest concerns and assist with service recovery as needed.
