Pyramid Global Hospitality seeks a customer-focused Room Service Runner for our Hyatt Regency Grand Reserve Puerto Rico property in Rio Grande. You will take guest orders by phone, deliver food to rooms, and ensure accuracy and timely service in a luxury resort setting.

Responsibilities include coordinating with culinary and service teams, learning menu details and allergen information, and maintaining expo areas. This role offers growth at a world-class property with diverse opportunities.

Qualificações

• Previous restaurant experience preferred.
• Ability to learn menus, table numbers, seat positions, and service standards.
• Strong sense of urgency and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain constant communication with culinary and service colleagues.
• Verify table number, seat number, menu item, modifications, and accompaniments before leaving the kitchen.
• Deliver food promptly to the correct guest and position.
• Announce dishes professionally when appropriate.
• Ensure required condiments, sauces, utensils, and accompaniments are delivered with each item.
• Maintain knowledge of menu ingredients and common allergens sufficient to safely perform the role.
• Never guess when asked an allergy or ingredient question; obtain assistance from the appropriate colleague.
• Inspect plates for obvious presentation or accuracy issues before delivery.
• Immediately communicate missing, incorrect, delayed, or compromised items.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of expo and food-running areas.
• Assist with table maintenance, clearing, resetting, water service, and other service functions when operationally necessary.
• Follow food-safety requirements when transporting and handling food.
• Support all designated Food & Beverage outlets as assigned based on business needs.
• Perform opening, running, and closing side work.
• Perform other reasonable duties as assigned.
