Hyatt Regency Dallas is seeking a Room Service Server to join our acclaimed Food & Beverage team downtown. You will deliver meals to guest rooms and select outlets, take IRD orders, and uphold Hyatt standards while providing an elevated guest experience in a fast-paced setting.

Ideal candidates bring serving experience and top-notch communication skills, with flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and varied shifts.

Qualifications

• Prior serving or food-running experience preferred.
• Refined verbal communication with guests and internal teams.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull moderate weight and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Take and enter guest food and beverage orders for In-Room Dining using hotel systems.
• Deliver food and beverage items to guest rooms, ensuring accuracy and guest satisfaction.
• Run food between kitchen and outlets with urgency and care.
• Maintain tray, cart, table, and room setup standards per hotel guidelines.
• Provide clear, courteous communication with culinary, service teams, and guests.
