Job summary

Hyatt Regency Lost Pines Resort and Spa is seeking an In-Room Dining (IRD) Specialist to deliver meals to guests in their rooms with warm, attentive service. You will engage guests, take orders, upsell when appropriate, and ensure timely delivery while maintaining a clean workspace.

Open availability including weekends and holidays is required. Candidates must be 21+ and ready to be part of a full-time team. This role offers hourly pay and opportunities for growth within Hyatt.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication with guests and team members.
• Previous serving experience is preferred.
• Attention to detail to meet guest requests.
• Team player able to collaborate across departments.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Certifications: TABC and Texas Food Handler are required.
• Candidate must be 21 years or older.
• Physical stamina to walk long distances and lift moderate weights.

Responsibilities

• Guest Interaction: Take and upsell guest requests for Room Service.
• Timely Service: Present guest food and beverage preferences promptly and at the right temperature.
