Qualifications

• Must be at least sixteen years old; 18+ to serve alcohol.
• Previous server experience preferred.
• Demonstrates food safety and alcohol-service knowledge.
• Able to read, write and communicate in basic English.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food and beverages to guest rooms with personalized service.
• Take orders accurately and ensure timely delivery.
• Inform guests about items, specials and menu changes.
• Handle payments, issue receipts, and manage POS transactions.
• Maintain cleanliness and complete pre/post-shift duties.
