Job summary

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented and thorough; able to follow safety and cleaning protocols.
• Ability to read product labels and communicate needs to guests in English.
• Previous hospitality experience preferred but not required.
• Experience in housekeeping or guest room cleaning is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform checkout and stay-over cleaning duties daily.
• Turn on lights and prepare rooms for cleaning.
• Change linens, make beds, and stock amenities.
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms and surfaces.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum floors and dust furniture.
• Ensure guest rooms meet company standards and privacy is maintained.
• Handle room preparation and re-stocking of towels and amenities as needed.
• Respond to reasonable guest requests and cooperate with team.
