Job summary

The Biltmore Company is seeking an Inn In-Room Dining Supervisor to oversee room service, cottages, pool, and related venues at the Biltmore Estate. You will supervise staff, maintain Biltmore standards, and act as manager on duty when needed.

Weekend and holiday availability is required; 2+ years supervisory experience in upscale settings, strong leadership, and excellent communication are essential. 21+ to bartend, wine knowledge preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; further education preferred.
• At least 2 years of food & beverage supervisory experience in upscale hotels/resorts.
• Strong guest service, leadership, and communication skills.
• Wine knowledge preferred; must be 21+ to bartend.

Responsibilities

• Daily supervision of IRD operations and staff.
• Handle guest service recovery and resolve complaints to standards.
• Assist with hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management of staff.
• Open/close and reporting duties; maintain accurate records.
