Job summary

Delta Hotels by Marriott in Matteson, IL seeks an In-Room Dining Server to deliver professional, discreet hospitality to guests in their rooms. You will enter orders into Toast POS, coordinate with the kitchen, and ensure timely, accurate service with a focus on guest satisfaction.

Flexible AM/PM shifts (6:00-11:00 and 4:30-10:00) with tips, a cashless environment, and a strong emphasis on presentation and privacy. Prior hospitality experience is preferred and reliability is essential.

Qualifications

• Toast POS experience required.
• Experience in hotel, restaurant, or hospitality settings preferred.
• Ability to work flexible AM/PM shifts including weekends and holidays.
• Cashless operation experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Professional and polished demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional In-Room Dining service to hotel guests.
• Receive and confirm guest orders.
• Enter orders into Toast POS accurately.
• Deliver orders to guest rooms promptly.
• Coordinate with the culinary team to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of IRD service area.
• Handle guest requests and questions professionally.
• Protect guest privacy and confidentiality.
