Job summary

The Langham Hospitality Group seeks an In-Room Dining Server to deliver meals to guest rooms and maintain the In-Room Dining area. You will know liquor brands, wine by the glass, menu items, and proper glassware, while ensuring accurate orders and timely service.

You will follow state regulations and Langham standards to provide superior guest experiences. Responsibilities include set up, delivery of amenities, answering calls promptly, and maintaining cleanliness across service areas.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; some college preferred.
• Two years’ In-Room Dining server experience.
• Experience in In-Room Dining order taking preferred.
• Applicable food handling and alcohol certificates required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food and beverage orders to guest rooms per hotel standards.
• Maintain knowledge of liquor brands, wines by the glass, and menu items.
• Set up and deliver amenities to designated rooms; ensure cleanliness of service areas.
• Answer In-Room Dining phone within 3 rings with proper etiquette.
• Report to supervisor and follow Langham standards; comply with safety regulations.
