Job summary

The Langham, Chicago is seeking an attentive In-Room Dining Associate to promptly answer guest calls, take orders and assist with service in guest rooms. Responsibilities include accurate order entry, posting charges, and supporting staff during peak periods.

Qualifications include basic food & beverage knowledge, POS familiarity, and strong English communication. High school diploma preferred; hospitality coursework or First Aid training is a plus.

Qualifications

• Luxury hotel In-Room Dining experience preferred.
• 2 years of In-Room Dining experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Food & Beverage POS systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer guests' calls and take food & beverage orders for in-room dining.
• Input orders into POS and relay expectations to kitchen.
• Accurately post honor bar charges to guest folios.
