Montage International is seeking an In-Room Dining Supervisor to lead a team in a luxury hotel setting in Laguna Beach, CA. You will supervise staff, ensure prompt in-room dining service, and uphold high standards of guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• One year minimum of experience in Food and beverage operations within a hotel or resort environment.
• Basic computer skills understood.
• Strong focus on delivering exceptional guest service.

Responsibilities

• Train new staff and provide ongoing training and development opportunities.
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies to maintain stock and reduce waste.
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints and special requests professionally and promptly.
• Assist management with scheduling, labor controls and administrative duties.
• Ensure in-room dining orders are prepared and delivered promptly per guest specs.
• Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and corridors to ensure trays and dishes are collected.
• Inspect daily setup, presentations and delivery amenities.
• Maintain high standards of service and attention to detail.
• Deliver on guests' expectations and strive to create WOW moments.
• Maintain a clean working environment and support business needs.
