Job summary

Montage International in Newport Beach is seeking a full-time server for a luxury hotel environment. You will engage guests, take orders, and deliver food and beverages with impeccable service, while maintaining high standards of hospitality.

The role requires at least 1 year in food & beverage operations, strong communication, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays. The pay scale starts around the market rate with tips.

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of experience in food & beverage operations.
Prior micros or other systems experience is a plus.
Luxury hotel experience is a plus.
Basic communication skills.
Flexible schedule including weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

Ensure food and beverages are served in a professional and timely manner.
Assist guests with menu selections and answer questions about ingredients and dietary restrictions.
Take and relay food and beverage orders accurately, recording special requests for the kitchen.
Anticipate guest needs and offer desserts or coffee options.
Promote menu items and specials to guests to enhance the dining experience.
