Job summary

Montage is seeking an In-Room Dining Supervisor to lead a service-driven team in a luxury hotel environment in Laguna Beach. You will train staff, manage in-room dining operations, and maintain high standards of service with a focus on guest satisfaction.

The role requires teamwork, flexibility, and a commitment to creating memorable guest experiences. Candidates should have at least 1 year of F&B experience in a hotel or resort, basic computer skills, and a passion for hospitality.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum of experience in Food & Beverage operations within a hotel or resort environment.
• Luxury hotel experience is a plus.
• Ability to work flexible weekends/holidays and adapt to schedules.

Responsibilities

• Train new staff and provide ongoing development opportunities for existing staff.
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain stock and reduce waste.
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests promptly and professionally.
• Assist management with scheduling, labor controls, and other administrative duties.
• Ensure in-room dining orders are prepared and delivered promptly per guest specifications.
• Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and hallways to ensure timely collection of trays and dishes.
