Job summary

Omni Nashville Hotel is seeking an in-room dining associate to excel in guest service and order accuracy. You will answer calls, take orders with dietary notes, and enter orders into the POS system while upselling beverages and specials.

You’ll coordinate with kitchen and service staff to ensure timely delivery and uphold hotel standards. Flexibility for weekends/holidays and strong communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of food menu, wine list, and beverage menu.
• Ability to multi-task in a high paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be TABC certified.

Responsibilities

• Answer in-room dining calls promptly and professionally.
• Take guest orders accurately, including special requests and dietary restrictions.
• Enter orders into the POS system with precision.
• Upsell menu items, specials, and beverages.
• Coordinate with kitchen and service staff for timely delivery.
• Monitor order status and follow up for guest satisfaction.
• Handle inquiries, concerns, and complaints courteously.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items and allergens.
• Ensure orders meet hotel standards and timelines.
