Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of food & beverage.
• Strong ability to multi-task and observe entire dining room.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Fluent English (written, spoken and reading).

• Strong interpersonal and team player skills.
• Must possess the ability to organize and prioritize.
• Ability to work a variety of shifts as will involve days, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provides exceptional knowledge of menu items and preparation methods.
• Communicates guest orders using the POS system and delivers items promptly.
• Anticipates guest needs, confirms satisfaction, and resolves concerns.
• Close guest checks, process payments, and settle any issues.
• Deliver food orders to guests in-room and ensure timely service.
• Greet guests and describe items with vivid origin, taste and preparation details.
• Set up and break down tables and side stations for room service.
• Cooperate with coworkers and supervisors; perform other duties as assigned.
