Responsibilities

• Anticipate and service guests' needs before requests.
• Stock linen, china, silver, glassware, and food and beverage items.
• Set tables to standard and complete opening/closing side work.
• Provide unobtrusive and professional service.
• Provide water, bread and butter service to guests.
• Offer coffee or tea per hotel standards.
• Clear and reset tables for the next party.
• Assist servers when needed.
• Address potentially intoxicated or disruptive guests.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
