Job summary

Mauna Lani, Auberge Collection is seeking an In-Room Dining Coordinator to support the department by answering phones, taking in-room dining orders, preparing amenities, and coordinating workflow to ensure seamless guest service. The role is casual and requires strong communication and organizational skills, with previous F&B experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous Food & Beverage service experience required.
• Previous POS System experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities.
• Highly responsible & reliable.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment.
• Ability to work cohesively as part of a team. Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times.
• Able to work flexible shifts, evenings, weekends & holidays.
• TB Clearance and Food Handlers Certificate required.
