Mauna Lani, Auberge Collection on the Kohala Coast seeks an Executive Chef - HāLani to lead culinary operations for in-room dining and the resort restaurant. You will shape menus, supervise staff, train teams, and partner with FOH to enhance guest experiences.

The role requires strong leadership, luxury hospitality background, and a focus on quality, cost control, and growth. Competitive salary with bonus potential is offered.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years experience in a similar position with lead responsibilities.
• Experience in restaurants and luxury hotels preferred.
• Experience cooking Mediterranean or similar cuisine.
• Strong leadership and training abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Menu development for in-room dining.
• Oversee staff with progressive discipline.
• Collaborate with FOH on service steps and training.
• Attend sales mix meetings.
• Provide administrative support for labor, payroll and scheduling.
• Conduct ongoing culinary training to boost knowledge.
• Maintain quality and drive innovation.
• Work as expeditor and coordinate with sous chefs.
• Ensure portions are accurate and plates are well presented.
• Participate in management training and employee/community events.
