Job summary

The In-Room Dining Coordinator position at Mauna Lani, part of Auberge Collection, will handle calls, take in-room dining orders, prepare amenities, and coordinate the department workflow to ensure seamless and timely service for guests.

Ideal candidates are organized, friendly, and able to thrive in a fast-paced resort environment. Previous food & beverage or POS experience is preferred; TB clearance and Food Handler certificate are required.

Job Description

The base salary for this position is$24.33 hourly.

The In-Room Dining Coordinator is the backbone of the department. He or she will answer phones, take orders for in-room dining requests, prepare amenities and coordinate the work flow of the department so there is seamless and timely service for our guests. The ideal candidate will be kind and helpful, thrive in a fast-paced environment and must be highly organized with strong communication skills. Previous experience in a similar setting is preferred. This is a casual position.
