Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to lift at least 30lbs.
• Willingness to work varied shifts including nights and weekends.
• Previous experience in In-Room Dining preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls within three rings.
• Take and process guest orders accurately.
• Prepare payment of checks and handle payments.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen and delivery teams.
• Follow up on guest orders according to guidelines.
