Qualificações

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of Food & Beverage operations and room service.
• PC and MS Windows proficiency.
• Experience with Point of Sale (Micros) systems preferred.
• Strong teamwork and ability to work under pressure.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise all In Room Dining colleagues.
• Ensure guest satisfaction by adhering to service standards.
• Maintain stock controls and pars levels for beverage/food items.
• Enforce security controls and safety for staff and guests.
• Oversee events and amenities presentation per hotel standards.
