Fairmont Scottsdale Princess is seeking dedicated guest service team members for Plaza Bar operations. You will deliver professional, friendly service, assist with dining experiences, and inform guests about menu items to ensure a memorable visit.

Responsibilities

• Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service.
• Assist Food & Beverage Servers in all aspects of the dining experience.
• Explain menu items in an informative and helpful way.
• Ensure proper set up of all side stations in the outlet.
• Know beverage lists and promotions.
• Know all menu items, garnishes, contents and preparation methods.
• Follow outlet policies, procedures and service standards.
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage.
• Other duties as assigned.
