Job summary

Fairmont Scottsdale Princess is seeking a Server to represent exceptional service and cuisine at our poolside venues. You will greet guests, describe menu items and beverages, and ensure a memorable guest experience through warmth and hospitality.

You will work with a team of Heartists, upholding Accor's service standards in a dynamic, high-energy resort setting. This role emphasizes collaboration, attentiveness to detail, and a passion for guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests regarding menu items in an informative and helpful way.
• Follow outlet policies, procedures and service standards.
• Have full knowledge of beverage lists and promotions.
• Have full knowledge of all menu items, garnishes, contents and preparation methods.
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage.
• Other duties as assigned.
