Job summary

Fairmont Scottsdale Princess in Scottsdale is seeking a Server to represent the hallmark of luxury service. You will deliver warm, personal attention and knowledge of our food and beverage offerings to ensure guests feel valued and special throughout their dining experiences.

Responsibilities include engaging service, menu guidance, beverage knowledge, safety standards, and collaborating with a team to maintain the high standards of our pool and dining venues.

Responsibilities

• Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service.
• Assist guests regarding menu items in an informative and helpful way.
• Follow outlet policies, procedures and service standards.
• Have full knowledge of beverage lists and promotions.
• Have full knowledge of all menu items, garnishes, contents and preparation methods.
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage.
• Other duties as assigned.
