Job summary

The Fairmont Scottsdale Princess invites an Overnight In Room Dining Order Taker to join our on-call, part-time team. You will warmly greet guests, take room service orders, and ensure timely delivery with accuracy while upholding luxury service standards.

This role requires strong communication, reliability, and the ability to work in a fast-paced hotel environment. Prior F&B and POS experience are preferred, with a focus on guest satisfaction and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Previous Food & Beverage service experience required.
• Previous POS system experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities.
• Highly responsible and reliable.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment.
• Team player and guest-focused.

Responsibilities

• Record guest orders accurately and efficiently while honoring all special requests.
• Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service.
• Assist guests regarding menu items in an informative and helpful way.
• Have full knowledge of beverage lists.
• Follow outlet policies, procedures and service standards.
• Have full knowledge of all menu items, garnishes, contents and preparation methods.
• Follow safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage.
• Serve as an In Room Dining Server as needed.
