Job summary

Injen Technology, a Southern California-based manufacturer of cold air intakes, is seeking an entry-level Inside Sales and Customer Service Representative. You will service existing customers, process orders, and help grow new accounts by calling on leads and handling inbound inquiries.

You will answer phones, provide prompt, friendly support, and work with a small team in Pomona, CA. This role offers full-time hours, in-person work, and benefits after probation.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills (written and verbal) are required.
• Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, energetic environment.
• Desire to succeed and grow with the company.
• College degree and some sales experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Service existing customers and maintain accounts.
• Obtain orders and establish new accounts by calling on leads.
• Answer inbound phone calls and provide product information and order status.
• Monitor accounts and generate sales through outbound calls and emails.
• Represent the company professionally at events and exhibits.
