A-JAX Company is seeking Industrial Inside Sales Representatives to join the Jacksonville team. This is a sales-focused role built on relationship development, new business, and growth of existing accounts.

The successful candidate will work with Outside Sales and serve as a key contact for customers, using a consultative approach to identify needs, recommend products, and contribute to revenue growth. Full-time, on-site, with quarterly incentive.

Qualifications

• 2+ years inside sales or related B2B sales experience.
• Experience in industrial distribution, construction supply, or related industries preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to identify opportunities and close sales.
• Proficient with CRM systems.

Responsabilités

• Respond to inquiries by phone, email, fax, and in person.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing customers.
• Make outbound calls to develop new business.
• Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts.
• Prepare quotes and respond to pricing inquiries.
• Collaborate with Outside Sales to support customers.
