Job summary

Carvana in Concord, NC seeks a Title and Registration Specialist to handle the administrative tasks of registering customers' vehicles, including document review and processing. You will support a smooth car-buying journey with strong communication and problem solving.

The role is full-time and on-site, with an hourly starting rate and clear growth opportunities based on performance. Training is paid at the full-time rate, and overtime may occur during busy seasons.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 1+ years administrative or data entry experience
• Strong organization and multitasking abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Tech-savvy, able to learn multiple systems and tools
• Ability to problem-solve and stay composed under pressure
• Notary ability may be required by state
• English reading/writing/speaking proficiency

Responsibilities

• Process, finalize and mail customer registrations.
• Review customer paperwork for accuracy.
• Interact with DMV and government agencies for document drop-off/pick-up.
• Update customer records with current information.
• Coordinate with team across departments.
• Assist with customer follow-up and data retrieval.
• Maintain detailed notes in tracking systems.
