Job summary

Carvana in Concord, NC is seeking Title and Registration Specialists to handle vehicle registrations and DMV coordination. This full-time, in-person role focuses on accurate document review, data entry, and maintaining customer records to ensure a smooth car ownership experience.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of work experience in an administrative or data entry capacity.
• Ability to manage multiple sources of information with accuracy.
• Professional written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process, finalize and mail out customer registrations.
• Review customer paperwork for accuracy.
• Interact with DMV licensing departments and handle in-person/online document drop-off.
• Update customer records to ensure data accuracy.
• Input, cross-reference, and retrieve data from internal and external databases.
• Maintain detailed notes in a customer tracking system.
• Other duties as assigned.
