Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will assist customers with tax preparation, advice, and software support in a friendly, community-focused environment.

As a trusted advisor, you will grow the local TurboTax client base, deliver a best-in-class customer experience, and represent Intuit in the community. This full-time, non-exempt role requires onsite presence and a commitment to outstanding service.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with tax preparation experience.
• PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain related state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax location, 20+ hours weekly, weekends included.
• Interest in building a local/community TurboTax presence.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform.
• Front-facing retail environment experience.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador, representing TurboTax locally.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparation services.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and build lasting client relationships.
