Descrizione del lavoro

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States. You will provide in-person tax preparation, tax advice, and software support while engaging with the local community to grow the client base.

You will act as a trusted advisor, helping customers navigate complex tax situations and build long-term relationships. The role requires on-site availability and a commitment of at least 20 hours per week in a front-facing retail

Competenze

  • Active license (EA/CPA/Attny) and PTIN to file taxes.
  • Minimum of 3 years of paid tax return preparation experience.
  • Willing to work onsite at TurboTax locations, 20+ hours/week.

Mansioni

  • Provide hands-on tax advice and return preparation for TurboTax customers.
  • Engage with the local community to grow TurboTax client base.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and clear tax explanations in everyday language.
  • Represent TurboTax in local events and coordinate marketing efforts.
