Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location, serving customers with tax preparation, advice, and software support. This role emphasizes community engagement, local client growth, and a strong customer-first mindset.

You will help clients navigate tax needs, provide personalized service, and contribute to building long-term relationships while leveraging marketing support and TurboTax tools.

Qualifications

• Must have active EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience, Circular 230 knowledge preferred.
• PTIN required to file taxes and related state licenses or bonds may be needed.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state returns per tax season using professional software.
• Willingness to work onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, Sunday–Saturday, at least 20 hours/week.
• Comfort with building a local community presence and providing tax tips and content.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax preparation and advisory services for TurboTax customers, from simple to complex scenarios.
• Lead discovery sessions and tax reviews to maximize deductions and refunds, with future tax planning guidance.
