Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations, providing full-service tax preparation and advice in person. You’ll engage with the local community, grow the client base, and deliver a best-in-class customer experience while using TurboTax tools to assist customers.

The role is non-exempt, requires onsite presence, and involves hours across a retail schedule, with pay and benefits aligned to company plans.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license.
• Must have or be able to obtain PTIN and state licenses.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 tax returns per season.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Discover deductions, minimize tax liabilities, maximize refunds, and plan for future taxes.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and build long-term relationships in-store.
